 An excellent complement to any yoga practice🙏🙏. Provides a super high level of energy while assisting to keep the  mind calm and focused. Students find that this strain enhances natural  rhythm and encourages the body to effortlessly glide from one pose to the next. 

 This is a super LEGIT strain by GRASSROOTS. Aroma and flavor is great, and bud density is always on point, but most importantly, Peliroja is a genuinely uplifting & happy!! It's my weekend morning jam and clean train! It consistently has me feeling  fiercely motivated, productive, organized, rhythmic. 

In this hybrid dominated culture it’s sometimes hard to find a strain that is more Sativa or Indica. This hybrid def stands out as a great blend of Sativa dominance with a stroke of Indica effects. I find it as follows.
1. Energetic
2. Creative
3. Mood enhancing
4. The perfect hint of calming & relaxation that comes from Indica strains, minus the zone out or drowsy effect.
5. Great compliment for power or hot yoga.
6. Might make you a bit of a Chatty Cathy🙃

 I recently tried Island Girl for the first time via pre-roll and I was super impressed. Like most CULTA strains Island Girl is a hybrid, but this particular bud has a Sativa dominance. It's super clean, tasty, and smooth with zero throat burn, which is always super impressive in a joint. Those looking for a bud with a power pack that will have you vegged out on your tush, this isn't the strain for you. The effects are mild, leaving patients feeling relaxed, creative, and energetic. It's especially ideal for those new to cannabis. 

THC: 28.23%

Mycreme: 0.83%

Limonene: 0.90

This is some stanky danky weed!! I guess that's how it landed the name "Motor Breath"! The intense aroma of sweet citrus and pine guaranteed to light up any room. Though high in THC this strain stimulated me and had me working out with intent 💪💪. Prior to my yoga practice I had a few kinks and mild tension in my neck from a night of rough sleep, but a few puffs of this quickly relieved that.  This strain is also awesome for just kicking  it with some friends and a bottle or two of wine. Very chill!! I anticipate it will also come in handy as a sleep aid. 

 One of my favorite disposables! Birthday Cake by GRASSROOTS hybrid is 83.7% THC  with impressive terps and hits you pretty hard right away, but once you get past the initial impact be ready to get full blown focused & get shit done. I’m talking super calming, super focused & super creative!! 

Grow West really did a great job with this one!  Yes, this is another hybrid (let's face it, true Indica's and Sativa's are so rare these days, they are basically a thing of the past. With that being said, in the hybrid world we live in, Fruity Pebbles OG x Sour Dub is a combination of  Green Ribbon x Granddaddy Purple x Tahoe OG x Alien Kush, and what an awesome cannabis cocktail this is! 

This is GREAT date weed!! Energy stays up keeping you ready and open to good times. There are no heavy THC effects that sometimes allow us to feel shy or introvert, yet you won't go to the opposite end of the spectrum and become a talkative chatty Cathy if you know what I mean. 

Would you expect Willie Nelson to put his name on anything less than greatness?!? I'm SO LOVING this strain!!!  In my many years in the cannabis community, this is one of the cleanest pre rolls I've smoked thus far. The effects are energetic, clear headed, creative, and focused, but at the same time extremely chill.

I picked this up when I was given a jaw dropping tour of CULTA's flagship dispensary in Baltimore, MD. I highly recommend visiting if you have the opportunity. This place is a candy shop for cannabis connoisseurs!!

Bluniverse, also known as "Blue Universe" is a straight 50/50 hybrid mix of Blue Magoo & Ms. Universe, Though it does have some underlying berry hints, I was taken with the strong pine flavor and aroma. 

More importantly Bluniverse is nothing less than a good time.. Super uplifting & not "heady" in any way.

Great for yoga, social smoking, comedy specials, and a good jam session!!

 Thank you GRASSROOTS for bringing yet another, legit sure-shoot for your customers🔥💯🔥. I highly recommend this disposable for just about any experienced cannabis user. The THC is coming in at 84%, which might set off red flags for some, but my recommendation is to go for it. It calms the mind but doesn't numb it. No drowsy effect what so ever, and won’t kill focus. Awesome for pain & inflammation!! Real talk!! This baby got me through 4.5 hours under the tattoo gun yesterday...

True to it's name, Clementine by ForwardGro is a subtle boost of sweet citrus like aroma & flavor. The buds are picture perfect, bright green laced with orange hairs and crystals. The effects are mood lifting, happy and focused, making it great compliment to morning or daytime yoga. Excellent for back & muscle pain.

This is a nice Indica dominate hybrid. THC comes in at 24% and the Myrcene is fairly high making Grape Kush super relaxing and pretty stoney. If you are looking to relieve anxiety this particular batch of Grape Kush by Roll One is a great compliment to a slow restorative yoga practice. 

Though this hybrid is very smooth, tasty, I found this strain to be simply OK. If your laying around feeling bad from an upset stomach and have zero motivation for the day gSpot is a good option for you. It leans toward a flat Indica. 

Due to the fact it saps all energy and concentration I don't find it to be a compliment to yoga.

This strain is very was well done!!  The buds are picture perfect, bright green and full of crystals. The buds aren't dry so breaks down well. The aroma is so good it knocks you off your feet and that flavor delivers in taste. 

Though this strain comes in pretty high in THC at 32.2% Cookie Face is quite the upper.
